We really like this place very much. Parking can be a problem. But that's Beitou.

I’m South African I’ve never been a fan of Taiwanese food but coming to this special restaurant has totally changed my mind ,service is out of this world ,food to die for ,drinks are just made with love and rejuvenate the soul,I’m so in love with how the place looks like the decoration is on another level .I’d definitely come to this restaurant any day .Koodos to the staff as well for the amazing service.

I tried the Lemon Americano, and it was very refreshing. This is my first time being here while I am visiting, and I never have anything coffee like this in the U.S. Highly recommended!

Very great drinks and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very posh and is conducive to bringing friends for a nice afternoon drink break. Will definitely be coming back again!

Nice decor and quiet place to work on your laptop. Newly renovated so bathroom is clean and very well equipped (actually has a urinal and that's rare thing in Cafe's in Taipei). Definitely going back for my next Americano. To those complaining about lack of food choices try going to an actual restaurant instead. There is a difference between cafe and Restaurant.

Easily accessible and food wise we didn't order much. Tried their latte which was good (think it's medium roasted beans and not sour), the oatly milk tea was pretty nice too! Highly recommend their chicken breast meat with corn croissant which is also one of their recommended items! All in all a good place to chill and have a relaxed brunch/tea

Came across the place near noon time and decided to give it a try. Totally exceeding my expectations. Cozy place with around 6 tables / 20+ seats. Good taste of music! WI-FI and electrical plug in available. Coffee is nice and seafood risotto is tasty. Originally not expect to have a nice meal at this roadside small cafe shop. Staffs are friendly with a little shy. A great place to visit again if intend to have a comfortable meal or pull out a laptop or books to stay a while. I will try to use my cellphone to get online next time I visit since my phone showed only fair signal. Love the place!

Starbucks got nothing on Mr.TSUO Cafe. There is even a private downstairs booth with a big screen and cosy sitting. The flavours pour out into the street. Heavenly Experience.
